By accessing or using the Parivar AI application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Parivar AI is an AI-powered family companion app that allows users to create and interact with AI avatars representing family members. The avatars are AI-generated and do not represent real people. All interactions are simulated.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or algorithms
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or offensive
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Parivar AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The AI avatars are simulations and do not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service is not a substitute for real human relationships, professional counseling, mental health services, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parivar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing delete@parivarai.in.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. AI-Generated Content

The avatars in Parivar AI are entirely AI-generated simulations. They do not represent real people, living or deceased. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.

Users are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content and should not rely on it as the sole basis for important personal, financial, medical, or legal decisions.

13. Payments and Subscriptions

Parivar AI may offer paid features or subscription plans in the future. Any such features will be clearly communicated, and all payments will be processed through Google Play's billing system subject to Google Play's terms of service.
