Delete your account

You can delete your Parivar AI account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it. No reason needed.

Fastest

Option 1: Inside the app

  1. Open the Parivar AI app
  2. Go to Profile, then Settings
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Done. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent deletion

Can’t sign in?

Option 2: Email us

Send a deletion request from the email address you registered with. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • All avatar configurations
  • All chat and voice call history
  • Any uploaded photos or media
  • Push notification tokens and device associations

This action cannot be undone.
