Parivar AI - Child Safety Standards

1. Who Parivar AI is for

• Parivar AI is not designed for children and does not target users under 18 years old.
• Our avatars are meant to represent adult family members (for example Mummy, Papa, Dadi, Dadu, Bhaiya, Didi, Chachu, Chachi).
• We do not allow any use of the app to sexualize or exploit minors in any way.

2. Zero-tolerance policy for CSAE / CSAM

We strictly prohibit:

• Any text, audio, image, or behavior that depicts or attempts to depict sexual activity involving minors.
• Using AI avatars to imitate, sexualize, or target minors.
• Asking the AI to create, describe, or role-play sexual situations involving anyone under 18.

If we become aware of any such behavior:

• We immediately suspend or terminate the involved accounts.
• We may report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and related information to the relevant national or regional authorities and hotlines, in line with applicable laws.

3. How users can report concerns

If you see anything in Parivar AI that raises a child safety concern, please report it immediately.

You can report in the following ways:

• Use the in-app Contact support / Report a problem option in the Settings screen.
• Email us at support@parivarai.in.
• Please include as much detail as possible (time, avatar name, conversation context), so that we can investigate quickly and take action.

4. Our safety measures

• Requires users to confirm they are 18+ years of age during account registration.
• Uses AI moderation and filtering to block known illegal and harmful content patterns where technically feasible.
• Logs and reviews accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate violating content.
• Regularly updates safety systems in line with new guidance from Google Play and relevant authorities.

5. Legal compliance

Parivar AI aims to comply with applicable child safety, CSAM reporting, and online safety laws in the regions where our app is available. Where required, we cooperate with law enforcement and recognized hotlines when investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.
